Please go to our online shop or if you would prefer to be invoiced then please contact us before you submit your order to make arrangements with us for this to happen.
Our normal terms (as you will see from this web site) is that payment is required at the time of placing the order. On this occasion, we are happy to invoice any UK Government Office who orders any prints although you do have the option to pay using a credit or debit card.
Placing your order:
As a Government body you have the option of either placing an order via our online shop or alternatively, we are happy to invoice you on receipt of an official order, letter or email. If you would like us to invoice you can you please ensure that your written request includes the following information - contact name, government departments name, address delivery address, image reference, print size, frame style (if required), signature (if authorisation has been given) and any special instructions.
What will happen once I submit my order?
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and confirming the details contained in that order. Depending on what your order consist of we would normally suggest that you allow up to 14 days before delivery. If you have ordered a signed print then this can take up to 3 months as it will depend on the schedule of the member of the Royal family that is to sign your print(s).

All UK deliveries are made by courier and all packages will be well packaged to protect the contents. If the packaging is damaged in any way on receipt you should not accept delivery or open the package in the presence of the driver who made the delivery. Most packages are made on a next day (24 hour) delivery basis where this service is offered by our courier but we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the courier firm. We would always recommend that you allow plenty of time for your order to be delivered to you just to be safe.
