GUIDELINES FOR CITIZENSHIP

The image D1/ML has been approved by Buckingham Palace as the only approved image for use in relation to the Citizenship Ceremonies. If you would prefer to use any other image then you may do so although this will be at your own risk.  It is available to order up to any size with a maximum print size of 24 inches high x 20 inches wide.

Can I buy an Approved Official Image from anywhere else?
No. The only approved image that has been authorised by Buckingham Palace is the image shown above.

How do I order copies of the image?
Please click here to go to our order form and complete all the fields relevant and then submit the form by pressing the submit button once. When you press the submit button the confirmation page that appears states that we will not start your order until payment has been received, please ignore this message.

Invoicing:
Our normal terms procedure is that payment is made at the time of ordering but as a Government office we are prepared to invoice you but you will need to contact us in advance to make arrangements. Alternatively, you can use your government issued credit card to make the payment online from this web site. All you have to do is follow the normal ordering procedure.

What will happen once I submit my order?
You will shortly (within 24 hours Monday - Friday) receive an e-mail from us confirming the receipt of your order at which time you may either email, fax or post a copy of your purchase order to us if required.
