for Congratulatory messages from HM The King with Gold CIIIR Cypher
A beautifully hand made mahogany style frame with three windows to allow for the card, message and tassel to be presented. The frame comes ready for you to place the card received from Buckingham Palace inside. Full instructions enclosed with the frame. Should you have any questions call (0)33 33 44 55 98
The frame does not come with any elements of the card. The card is delivered to the recipient directly from Buckingham Palace only and we cannot help you with any queries relating to the application process. 19" x 13" x 1/2" or 480mm x 330mm x 12mm
Delivery box measurements:
26" x 18.25" x 5.5" or 660mm x 460mm x 140mm
Delivery box is sized to ensure no damage to the frame.
Please note: If the frame is a present then please be aware that it is best to have the frame delivered after the anniversary date to the recipient of the card or have the frame delivered to a different address so as not to spoil the surprise.
Expect Anniversary Frame deliveries within 7 working days.
Please always allow extra time for the following - bank holidays, International or Highlands and Islands.

Excellent item and good service from Royal Images
I have not seen the specific item I ordered as it was a gift for my in-laws, but it was received on time at their hotel and they are delighted with it. Royal Images were extremely helpful in handling specific instructions for the hotel. It would have been lovely if the online ordering process included an option to enclose a message to the recipients, as in most cases I imagine the order is likely to be a gift. This can perhaps be done by emailing RI separately as soon as you order. Very pleased with tue frame.

A fantastic high quality frame
Recipients were very pleased with this product. The frame is of very high quality and extremely well made. Great customer care - Sue emailed to check that I still wanted the frame because it was ordered at the very sad time of The Queen passing away. Very highly recommended - you will not be disappointed with this frame which really enhances the card from The Queen.

Anniversary Frame
Arrived quickly, really well packaged and very pleased with the quality, Mum and Dad were really pleased with the frame which will protect their precious Diamond Wedding Anniversary Card from The Queen. There anniversary was on the day of the Queen passing so it made it even more special to them. I did think twice about ordering because of the cost, but it is worth every penny,.

There is nothing I don't like, I'm sure my mum and dad are going to be thrilled at the frame to put their card in. Such a great idea to be able to purchase this frame.
