A beautifully hand made mahogany style frame with three windows to allow for the card, message and tassel to be presented. The card is delivered to the recipient directly from Buckingham Palace only and we cannot help you with any queries relating to the application process. Delivery box measurements:

Delivery box is sized to ensure no damage to the frame.
Please note: If the frame is a present then please be aware that it is best to have the frame delivered after the anniversary date to the recipient of the card or have the frame delivered to a different address so as not to spoil the surprise.
Expect Anniversary Frame deliveries within 5 working days.

Parents are thrilled.
The frame is larger and more substantial than expected and comes complete with inner mounts. The VAT was deducted for our order to Channel Islands and postage seemed reasonable considering how well it was packaged. Very happy overall.
The frame is made beautiful, value for money, excellent delivery service, was informed when item was going to be delivered.
Nothing to not like about the frame, excellent value for money, this is the second frame we have purchased, we purchased one in 2022 when my aunt received a card from the Queen for her 100th birthday.

I had been considering this for some time until a friend got one for her parents anniversary and was very complimentary. Having ordered it I got a prompt message saying there would be a slight delay over the bank holiday weekend but was blown away by a message the day after saying it had been dispatched. Beautifully made and very well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Excellent clear instructions on how to make the most of it and it looks stunning. The entire service has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend both the frame and the company.

The frame arrived promptly and was well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The instructions for inserting the card etc were clear. A query had on ordering was dealt with promptly.

This beautifully crafted frame, identical to the one which was provided previously to contain the message from Her Majesty, the late Queen, for our Diamond Wedding Anniversary, will be placed with the message and picture of Their Majesties, the King & Queen, in their honour and in our loyal appreciation of their kindness and thoughtfulness in writing to us in recognition of our 65th Wedding Anniversary.
