You should only use this form if you have been given permission to order signed official prints. Signed prints are not available for general release or by simply making a request as there are very strict rules relating to the ordering of signed prints. If you believe that you have a valid reason to order a signed print then please contact us to confirm that you are eligible prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can write to The Chief Clerk, Private Secretary's Office, Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA stating why you believe that you are justified to receive a signed print. Generally speaking, the only people that are authorised to receive signed prints are chief executive of a charity to whom the member of the Royal family is the patron, very senior members of the Armed Forces or for display in certain MOD premises or ships etc. (please refer to MOD guidelines for more info), or if you have received a Royal visit or you are due to receive a Royal visit.
