There are currently four main categories when ordering photographs shown on this web site. They are

Authorised for Signature:
You may request a photograph to be signed by either HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh if:

HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh is the Patron of your organisation
Either of them or both of them are visiting you whilst on an official visit
Or if you are a Government Post and you are entitled to receive a signed photograph
You are a member of the Armed Forces and you are authorised to receive a signed photograph.

Authorisation must be given by Buckingham Palace before ordering the print. Once Buckingham Palace has agreed that you may receive a signed photograph they will send you a letter which you must then fax to us. Our fax number is: 01767 262497.

Please note: When ordering a photograph authorised for signature a copy of the letter will need to be faxed to us at time of ordering.

General Release:
Anybody can order a print of either HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. All you have to do is view the images available in the general release category, select the image you would like to have (please note the image reference number), send your order and payment to us (click here for contact info). Please ensure that you clearly state the size of the print and the size of the card you require.

Copyright Release for projects of Commercial Gain:
If you would like to use any of these images for commercial projects, please complete our commercial gain enquiry form or call +44 (0)1767 262496 for further information. Commercial gain covers any aspect whereby any of the images are used in or on any product or goods etc. that would be sold or are not for personal use (excluding prints for display as previously described).

Retouching of Images
No retouching is allowed on any images without written consent from Royal Images.

Payment
All prints must be paid for prior to delivery unless it has been agreed by 2 Digital in advance of sending the print to you. We can understand if you are concerned about sending payments to a Company that you have not contacted before, but we have been working for various members of the Royal Family for over 20 years. Also, if you contact Buckingham Palace requesting an official photograph of HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, 2 Digital will be one of the companies names that Buckingham Palace will supply you with. Also, if you look on the official Royal Family web site, www.royal.gov.uk and look under the photo sources section 2 Digital are listed as holding the most recent official photographs.

Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments so could you please send your payment to us in the post. For address details please refer to the Contact Us section.

Cropping of Images
No cropping is allowed on any images without written consent from Royal Images.
