How do I order a Print?
If you go to The Gallery and then click on the button it will take you to the on-line shop area for purchasing
the images. Here you will see the most recent images available.

What do I have to do to order a signed print
If you have sent proof to us by fax (01767 262497) that you are authorised to receive a signed print all you
have to do then is select your photograph and we will organise the rest for you.

How long does it take before my print is delivered?
Once your payment has been received your order will be delivered to you in approximately seven days.

Is the print mounted ready to go into a frame?
Yes, all prints are delivered mounted, ready to go into a frame. If you do not want your print mounted
please contact us prior to ordering your print.

What sized frame should I order?
If you view the sizes available you will see the mount sizes as well. If you give this size to your frame makers
they will be able to make your from so that this mounted print will fit. All the dimensions are in inches. Please
ensure that you note the card mount size and not the print size.

How do I pay for the print(s)
By sending us a cheque in the post. Please send all payments to: 2 Digital, PO Box 83, Sandy, Beds. SG19 2WH.

Who is allowed to order a photograph of HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh?
Everybody is allowed to order a photograph of either HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. But you
must fulfil certain criteria before you can receive a sign photograph of HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
Finally, although everybody is entitled to order a photograph you must read the terms and conditions before placing
your order and once you receive your order you must not use this image in a derogatory or damaging way to any
member of the Royal family.

How do I get authorisation so that I can receive a signed photograph?
It is not just a case of asking for a signed print but more a case of if you qualify. There are many ways in which you
can get a signed print but the most common are:

  • The Queen or Prince Philip are the patron of your organisation
  • If the Queen or Prince Philip is coming to you on a official visit
  • If you are a government office
  • If you are a member of the armed forces. Please contact us for further information.
  • At all times the only people who can authorise you to receive a signed print will be Buckingham Palace.

    Can these images be used for commercial gain / projects?
    If you would like to use one of these images for use on a commercial project please contact us either by e-mail
    using enquiry@royalimages.co.uk or by telephone using (+44) 01767 262496.

    For commercial projects we will need various pieces of information, such as:

    • Your contact details
    • Details of the project
    • Start and end dates of the project (if possible)
    • Quantity of each item being produced
    • Countries which the item is being exported to
    • Copy of layout / artwork
    • Unit cost of each item
    • Once we are in receipt of this information we will contact you regarding Copyright release.

    Can I be sent an invoice and get the accounts department to pay for the print(s)
    Unless you are a government office the chances are that although an invoice can be sent to you in advance no
    prints will be dispatched to you until payment has been received in full.
    Please note: Once your order has been made and your payment has been received no refunds will be made.
