Using an Official
Image of HM The Queen or HRH The
Duke of Edinburgh in a Charitable
or Community Based Project
If you are a registered
charity or if you are running a community
based project whereby you would like
to use an official image of HM The
Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh
then you will need to supply us with
information before permission can
be granted. The process is very simple
and can be completed very quickly
once your application has been received
but you will need to allow enough
time for us to process your application
just in case of delays.
If
you would like to use one of the
images for commercial
gain projects then please contact
us with details of your project
by completing the commercial
enquiry form. In most cases,
if you are using an image for charitable
purposes then all profit from the
project must go to the charity
and not to a commercial organisation.
We are specifically granting permission
to a charity in order for it to
increase its fund raising opportunities
by selling programmes to promote
or aid an event for the charity.
You must not copy or
reproduce any image or reuse any
image without or written consent.
