QUESTIONS
The
requested image may be supplied
to you free of charge once your

The image will be sent to you via
e-mail and carries restrictions

the use of any image for charitable
or community use. In all instances,
you must print our copyright statement
next to the picture or in the list

Royal Images do not
normally charge charities or communities
for using an image that is to be
used in a charity or community programme
even if a charge is being made for
advertising or for the programme
itself. We must point out that this
does not apply if a commercial organisation
is to gain from any of the proceeds.
It is a condition of the permission
being granted that all profits from
the sale of the programme must go
directly to the charity or community
project and not to any commercial
organisation. If this is not the
case then a fee may apply. If you would like to
apply to use an official image for
a charity or community project then
please complete the charity
or community enquiry form. Do

you.

or on an agreed date. If no date has been agreed then approval is to be deemed
as a short term 30 days license.

the image?
The approval process is very quick and can be completed within 48 hours so
long as we are able to get satisfactory answers to our questions.

In most cases, the image will be sent to you via an email but other methods
