CHARITY AND COMMUNITY eNQUIRIES

Royal Images are very keen to support every community and charity project wherever possible. Our experience has shown that in most cases this means that we can allow the use of one of the official images to be used in either a programme or similar on either a no-fee or low fee basis (non-commercial use only). All applications are evaluated on a project by project basis and on its own merits. In most cases, where a charity or community contacts us to use an official image of either HM The Queen or HRH The Duke of Edinburgh then we will do everything possible to assist you in achieving this.

Our charity / community application process is very simple and very quick but we would always recommend that you allow as much time as possible just in case of any complications that may arise. To start your application please complete our charity and community application form and submit it to us. Once we receive your completed form we will contact you, in some cases we may have a few more questions that we feel are relevant your request. Sadly, we cannot cover all the potential questions that we need answered on the one form as the form would be unnecessarily long.

Although we try to help every charity and community project where ever possible we are not able to supply prints of any size free of charge although we are able in some cases to allocate a small level of discount to registered charities only, for more information please contact us prior to submitting your order.

If you have any unanswered questions then please visit our charity and community FAQ page to see if there is any information on that page that may be of help to you. Alternatively, you can contact us directly with your question using our charity and community enquiry form.
